Back in 1892, when Separationism, Darwinism, and Secularism were starting to gain a foothold in America, the U.S. Supreme Court took some time to declare in no uncertain terms that America is a Christian Nation. Why did the same Congress that approved the First Amendment immediately pass a resolution asking President Washington to lead the new nation in prayer and thanksgiving for the new constitution?
