Bush says Islam is a "religion
of peace."
Christians say Christianity justifies war.
It's a crazy world.
- (Matthew 5:9) Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called
the children of God.
- (Luke 6:27-28) But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do
good to them which hate you, {28} Bless them that curse you, and pray for
them which despitefully use you.
- (Luke 1:77-79) To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the
remission of their sins, {78} Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby
the dayspring from on high hath visited us, {79} To give light to them that
sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way
of peace.
- (Luke 2:14) Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good
will toward men.
- (Hebrews 12:14) Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without
which no man shall see the Lord:
- (1 Peter 3:9) Do not repay evil for evil or abuse for abuse; but, on the
contrary, repay with a blessing. It is for this that you were called--that
you might inherit a blessing.
- (1 Peter 2:21-23) For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also
suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps:

deceitful words against those who are quiet in the land.
- (Psalm 37:11) But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight
themselves in the abundance of peace.
- (Psalm 37:37) Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of
that man is peace.
- (Psalm 72:7) In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace
so long as the moon endureth.
- (Psalm 85:10) Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace
have kissed each other.
- (Psalm 119:165) Great peace have they which love thy law: and
nothing shall offend them.
- (Psalm 120:2-7) Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, and from a

for war.

the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. {18} And my
