But even if it were, remember Princeton President John Witherspoon, signer of the Declaration of Independence, mentor to many Founding Fathers: at age 68 he "married the lovely twenty-seven year-old widow of Dr. Armstrong Dill. As Coray has written, 'The joy of this second marital union so transported him to the clouds that, when he and his bride returned from their honeymoon, he declared a three-day vacation for his students.
