Four Theonomic Prohibitions of Socialism

2. Prohibition of Manstealing (Ex 21:16; Deut 24:7)

Deprivation of liberty (conscription, regulation, imprisonment) violates the prohibition against kidnapping, even when carried out by those calling themselves “the State.”

In the Bible, kidnapping is a capital crime. All the more so when the conscriptee is forced to fight in defense of some “New World Order.”

It may stalk above the cognizance of human law, but in the sight of Heaven it is murder . . . .  May God, in his compassion, shield me from any participation in the enormity of this guilt.
Daniel Webster: On Conscription, The House of Representatives, Dec. 9, 1814.

Rushdoony has pointed out that in Biblical Law there are no prisons.
