THESIS 2: THE DOMINION MANDATE
Man was created to exercise "dominion" over the earth.[2] This mandate is
sometimes called "The Cultural Mandate," both to signify its comprehensive scope (#64) and to distinguish a Godly stewardship from
an unGodly and selfish domination of the creation.[3]
